Milan
on Wednesday beat Milan Rossonari 5-4 on penalties, after the regular time
failed to produce a winner in the round sixteen tie played at the Serrekunda
East Mini Stadium to navigate to the semifinal in the ongoing Serrekunda East
knockout competition.
Both
sides put an astonishing performance in the game and made several goal-scoring
attempts at each other’s goal mouth but the regulation time failed to produce a
winner.
This
pushed the game into a penalty shootout, which ended 5-4 in favour of Milan.
The
Tallinding-based outfit are now through to the last four of the Serrekunda East
raining season biggest football jamboree.
The
defeat to Milan Rossonari meant they are out of both the league and the
