A news release from the Office of the President last evening said President Jammeh has in the same vein appointed Dr Momodou Tangara, minister of Fisheries, Water Resources and National Assembly Matters as new minister of Higher Education, Research, Science and Technology.
The release stated that the Ministry of Fisheries, Water Resources and National Assembly Matters is now under the purview of the Office of the President.
