ASP Jahateh on the 19th May, 2021, replied on the no-case submission made by the defence counsel, Yankuba Darboe, in the case involving Yakumba Jaiteh and Yusupha Jaiteh who were charged with assault and obstruction. He told the court before Principal Magistrate Isatou Janneh-Njie of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court that the prosecution had established a prima facie case against the accused persons to warrant them to open their defence.
