For his part,  Ismaila Danso; deputy permanent secretary of the Ministry of Interior, informed the meeting that it is also part of the components of the joint programme to upgrade the Border Posts in Jarra West and Upper Badibou Districts, strengthening the capacity of border authorities, raise or increase awareness among women and youth about their rights, and provide livelihood opportunities for women and young people.
