Information reaching Entertainment has revealed that the Roots Bongo Bar, which is supposed to start operations since at the beginning of the tourism season, has been denied licence to operate within Cape Point and has now started operating on the Kololi Kotu highway.
The place was opened last Saturday in grand style and the band performed live along with DJ Fireman starting from 8pm.
The restaurant will open by the end of next week and it will offer smoothies as well as some German dishes.
The place will also offer free Wi-Fi, Pool and football for customers and this will go with a live performance of the band every weekend and there will be a guest DJ Reggae Night.
