In a statement issued in Dakar, the FSF said the case stems from match officials’ reports and formal complaints filed by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, adding that Thiaw, Sarr and Ndiaye presented their defence during the proceedings.
The procedure follows the reports submitted by match officials, as well as the protests lodged by Royal Moroccan Football Federation at the conclusion of the final of the 2025 TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco.
FSF was represented by its Secretary General, who received legal assistance from Maître Seydou Diagne.
Coach Pape Bouna Thiaw, players Ismaila Sarr and Iliman Ndiaye, were duly heard and presented their defenses.
Motsepe has excluded Ousmane Kane chairman of the disciplinary committee because of self-interest he is replaced by a Kenyan.
Other members of the committee are from Egypt, South Africa, Niger and Chad.
The verdict is expected to be delivered today.
Both Senegal and Morocco have right to appeal in the sports Tribunal in Lausane, Switzerland.
The disciplinary body has taken the matter under deliberation and will notify its decision within forty-eight (48) hours, as set by the President of the Jury.
