USFAS retain

Union Sportive des Forces Armées et Sécurité de Bamako (USFAS) on Sunday retained the 2026 West Africa Football Union (WAFU­) Zone A Women's Champions League crown.

The Malian side defeated Aigles De Medina 1-0 in a final played at the Independence Stadium in Bakau to retain WAFU A Women's Champions League crown.

Oumou Kone’s 78th-minute strike was enough to earn the Malian champions a slender win over the Senegalese champions.

USFAS will now represent WAFU-A in the 2026/2027 CAF Women’s Champions League.
