Bajan Construction resumes work on Gunjur main road

After a lengthy pause, Bajan Construction has resumed work on the three‑kilometre Gunjur main road, a vital link in the town’s transport network.

The project is expected to ease movement for residents and road users, while boosting local economic activity. For many in the community, the resumption of work is welcome news, particularly given the poor state of the road in recent years.

During the rainy season, the road’s condition has been especially unfavourable, making movement difficult and disrupting daily life. The ongoing construction is therefore seen as a crucial step towards improving accessibility and supporting commerce in the area.
