The Brikama Magistrates’ Court recently granted court bail of D50,000, with two Gambian sureties, to one Kemo Jaiteh who was charged with making false document.
The particulars of offence stated that Kemo Jaiteh on 29 January 2012, at the Banjul International Airport, knowing or having reason to believe that the authenticated number D 40864167 contained in his Gambian passport PC 346299 was false but presented it to the profiling officers of SN Brussels with intent to travel to Germany.
The case was adjourned till 28 March 2012, for hearing.
