The Bundung Magistrates' Court, presided over by Magistrate Lamin George recently heard a criminal case of assault causing actual bodily harm leveled against one Saja Dem.
According to the charge sheet, on 17th August 2009 at Bundung, the accused unlawfully assaulted one Claude Amazu, by hitting her with a wheel puller and felling her on the grounds.
He denied the charge.
Meanwhile, the accused was granted court bail in the sum of D5, 000 with one Gambian surety.
The case was adjourned to 14th September 2009.
