Gambia are bracing up for their crunch 2017 Africa cup of Nations qualifiers at home to Cameroon on 5 September 2015, at the Independence Stadium in Bakau as the Gambia Football Federation confirmed ticket prices.

The Scorpions under the guidance of coach Raoul Savoy made a slow start to the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers following their goalless draw away to South Africa on 14 June 2015 in Durban.

The Scorpions are occupying second place in group M with a single point in one game and will be fighting for a win against Cameroon to top the group before they play away to Mauritania in March 2016.

The Indomitable Lions are currently leading group M with maximum 3 points in one outing after their 1-0 home win over Mauritania on 15 June 2015, in Yaoundé

The Indomitable Lions will be striving for a win against the Scorpions on 5 September to maintain their hundred percent record in the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers, as well as keeping their chances of qualifying for the continent’s bi-annual biggest football fiesta.

South Africa are third-place in group M with 1 point in one game following their goalless draw with The Gambia on 14 June 2015 in Durban.

Mauritania are currently rooted at the bottom in group M with zero point in one game after their 1-0 defeat to Cameroon on 15 June 2015 in Yaoundé, and will be hoping to recover against South Africa in September 2015.
