The Special Criminal Court, presided over by Justice Emmanuel Nkea, has adjourned the economic crime case involving Christian Brown, Musa Bah and Mr Bangura for judgement.

The case was adjourned till 13 December for the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) to file his briefs, as well as the defence counsel to also file his briefs and for the adoption of briefs.

Justice Emmanuel Nkea then further adjourned the case till 29 December 2012, for judgment.

The development followed the closure of both the prosecution and the defence cases.

The prosecution called several witnesses and tendered exhibits, while two of the accused persons testified alone and did not tender any evidence before the court.

However, the 1st accused, Christian Brown, was reported to be still at large.
