Magistrate E.A. Amadi of the Brikama Magistrates' Court recently had a criminal case of making false documents brought against George Sylva and Modou Touray.
According to the particulars of offence, on 21st January 2010, at the Banjul International Airport, the accused persons made false passport number 532232, and a residential card.
Meanwhile, the accused persons who both pleaded not guilty to the charges were granted court bail in the sum of D10, 000 each with a Gambian surety.
The case was adjourned to 8th February 2009 for trial.
