In his response, Karamo Ceesay told commissioners that he was part of the investigation and the matter was not concluded, and therefore the amount of D297,941.43 remains unaccounted since the investigation was abandoned.
His testified that no one was held responsible for the missing records and funds as no one was found wanting or indicted.
