“I am happy about what had happened at the congress and I am looking forward to the job. We are looking forward to many reforms, many changes and various developments which will have a positive impact on the development of our game in the Zone,” he said.
“We will all gain in the next four years so I hope that we all work towards this with a common goal.”
He added: “It is easy to achieve but difficult to maintain, so a big task lie ahead of us but we will work hard. To be honest I think we can make a change in Zone II.”
The GVBF boss also applauded his executive board for their commitment and encouraged them to continue working hard, for volleyball is on the rise.
Barry pledged to do his best to achieve more for Gambia volleyball, saying he would improve women’s beach and school volleyball.
