Yarambamba Academy FC maintained their unbeaten run in the ongoing Brikama Nawetan season after thrashing Manduar FC 2-0 in a well-contested group C game played at the town`s biggest football arena the Box Bar Mini Stadium recently.
Jokor FC who lost to Yarambamba Academy FC 2-1 in their opening group C encounter a fortnight ago, snatched their first points in the Brikama new nawettan season after a 1-1 draw against Jamisa-Gamcel FC in the group C game on Sunday, to keep their hopes of reaching the second round of the Nawetan.
African Light FC registered their first victory in the new Nawettan season, after beating Kabafita FC 1-0 in the group F encounter at the Brikama Box Bar Mini Stadium the same day.
