One Alasan John was recently arraigned before Magistrate Abeke of the Brikama Magistrates’ Court, charged with willful damage to property.
According to the charge sheet, on 13 September 2011 at Kembujeh village in Kombo Central district of the West Coast Region, the accused, Alasan John, damaged a window glass valued at D200, the property of one Lamin Saidy.
He pleaded guilty to the charge, and the case was adjourned to 21 September 2011.
