Up date on National Cricket League

Sunday June 13th Gambia Ports Authority played Jewel of India at the MRC cricket ground in Fajara.

Jewel of India won the toss and decided to field first while GPA batted and scored 149 runs for 4 wickets in their allotted 20 overs. Aniru Conteh batted and scored 45 runs, Mbye Dumbuya captain of GPA bowled 4 overs and took 2 wickets for 26 runs.

In the second inning, Jewel of India batted and scored 150 runs in 19.1 overs for 7 wicket. Nikki batted and scored 49 runs and retired out Asif bowled 4 overs and took 2 wickets for 25 runs. Jewel of India won by 4 wickets to secure 6 points in the super 20 tournament.

On Saturday 19th June, the Veterans will play against Wallidan at 11.00 am and on Sunday 20th June Jewel of India will play against Saint at 12.30 at the MRC cricket ground at Fajara.
