West Coast Regional third tier side Sifoe United on Wednesday lost to top flight side, Brikama United, 3-1 in a warm-up game played at the Brikama Box Bar Mini Stadium.
The game was part of Sifoe United’s preparations for the 2015-2016 West Coast Regional third tier, which is set to commence later this month.
Brikama United are currently among the teams contending for the country’s domestic division one league title, following a superb start to their league campaign.
The Sateyba boys carried the victory after notching in three goals to secure a convincing win over their Kombo South counterparts.
The Kombo South-based outfit responded and managed to pull back one goal, which eventually proved to be a consolation goal for them.
Sifoe United finished third place in the 2014-2015 West Coast Regional third division league standings.
