Current Senegalese wrestling champion Balla Gaye 2 on 13 May 2012 visited Brikama, Kombo Central in the West Coast Region.
The young wrestling champion was welcomed by hundreds of his fans and well-wishers in Brikama and its satellite areas.
Balla Gaye was later escorted to the Brikama Box Bar Mini Stadium, where he witnessed an exhibition football match between Brikama United and Lamin United.
The game was attended by hundreds of spectators to watch their teams make a stunning start to the encounter.
Both sides caused serious assaults on each other’s goal mouth but failed to make best use of their limited goal-scoring opportunities, thus the game ended goalless.
