A man called Mustapha Bah was yesterday remanded in custody by the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court, for stealing.
The particulars of offence read that the accused, Mustapha Bah, on 2 April 2012, at Serrekunda, in the Kanifing Municipality, stole the following: one digital camera valued at D5,500, one Gambian passport valued at D1,000, Reliance Financial Service bank book valued at D200, one USB flash drive valued at D250, two shirts valued at D450 and a bag valued at D450, all being the property of one Abdoulie Darboe.
The case was adjourned till 30 May 2012.
