One Gikeba Fatty was recently arraigned at the Bundung Magistrates’ Court, charged with theft.
According to the particulars of offence, between 2002 and 2005, in Bundung, the accused, Gikeba Fatty, allegedly sold an entrusted property to one Sulayman Hydara without the authorization of the owner, Modou Lamin Fatty, and converted the proceeds to his own use.
The presiding magistrate at that juncture advised the prosecutor to go and prepare the proper charge against the accused, as the land was entrusted to the accused.
The case at that juncture was adjourned for the prosecutor to file a proper charge against the accused person.
