The case of obtaining money by false pretence involving one Kemo Ceesay was recently adjourned at the Bundung Magistrates’ Court before Magistrate Isatou Janneh.

The adjournment followed the application made by the prosecutor on the grounds that his witness was not in court and had started giving her evidence-in-chief, which was not complete.

The prosecutor further applied to the court to issue a witness sermon against the witness.

The prosecutor’s application was upheld and the witness sermon was issued for her to come and complete giving her evidence-in-chief.

At that juncture, the case was adjourned.
