Mali
are set to host The Gambia in their decisive 2018 CHAN qualifiers return leg
clash slated for tomorrow, Saturday 22 July 2017 in Bamako.
The
home-Scorpions need only a score draw or win against Mali tomorrow to progress
to the second round of the qualifiers after their goalless draw with the
local-based Eagles in the first-leg tie played in Banjul at the weekend.
But
a defeat against Mali will see The Gambia out of the qualifiers and Mali
through to the second round of the qualifiers.
A
goalless draw will send the game into a spot-kick and the winner in the
shootout will advance to the second round of the qualifiers following their
goalless draw in the first-leg encounter played in Banjul at the weekend.
