Alhagie Drammeh was recently arraigned before Magistrate Kijera of the Kanifing
Magistrates’ Court for alleged rash and negligent act causing harm.
Drammeh denied the charge and was granted court bail of D50,000 with a Gambian surety, who must deposit an ID card.
The charge sheet presented before the court stated that on 10 October 2015, along Kairaba Avenue in the Kanifing Municipality, he drove a motor vehicle registration number BJL 7852C golf taxi commercial in a rash manner, thereby causing harm to one Landing Jallow Sonko.
