Magistrate Bojang of the Kanifing Magistrates’
Court recently convicted and sentenced one Ousman Ceesay to a fine of D2,500 in
default to serve six months in prison, upon his admission to a charge of
careless driving.
The charge sheet read that on 26 January 2015, at Kairaba Traffic Lights, he drove a motor vehicle with registration number BJL 0674 J, a Renault private car, without due care and attention, thereby causing an accident.
