As the 2014-2015 Gambia Football Federation (GFF) national domestic division one league season draws nearer, Brikama United will host the Senegalese premier league outfit Nyarry Tally in an international friendly set for Sunday 26 October 2014.
The West Coast Region outfit, who clinched their first-ever premier league title in the 2010-2011 season, will use the international friendly tie to prepare themselves for the country’s domestic league set to commence in December 2014.
The Dakar-based outfit will also use the friendly international to prepare for the opening of the 2014-2015 Senegalese premier league set for later this year.
As part of their pre-season training in The Gambia, the Senegalese side will also play against Brikama zonal in an international friendly on Tuesday 28 October 2014, at the Brikama mini stadium.
The international friendly game is part of Brikama zonal team’s preparations for the 2014 Super Nawettan zonal football championship set for 24 November 2014.
The Senegalese side will also play against Bakau giant killers Steve Biko in another international friendly tie at 3 pm on Friday 24 October 2014, at the FIFA Goal Project grounds in Old Yundum.
The giant killers will use the game to strengthen their squad ahead of the 2014-2015 GFF second tier games, following their demotion to the second division last season.
The visitors will clash with the Gambia Armed Forces NISA team on the same day at the Fajara Barracks football field at 5pm.
