Swansea FC over the weekend clutched the 2021 Brikama super cup title.
Hawks FC opened the scoring through Modou Lamin Jarju in the 3rd minute while GAF quickly equalised in the 4rd minute of the game.
Team captain Omar Sarr then gave Hawks FC the lead in the 26th minute, before Modou Lamin Jarju completed his brace in stoppage time.
Hawks FC now won the league with 59 points, while GAF occupy 9th position with 35 points.
Hawks FC collected 18 wins, 5 draws and suffered 6 defeats after 29 games.
