GFF to increase 1st Division league to 16 teams next season

The Gambia Football Federation (GFF) is set to increase the country’s division one league from fourteen teams to sixteen next season.

Four teams will be promoted to first division league from the second division league next season.

The Gambia’s second tier will also be increase from sixteen teams to eighteen.

Meanwhile, The Gambia Football Federation (GFF) is also set to increase prizes for the winner of the 2020-2021 division one and two league campaigns.
