At least 28 women have so far saved a significant amount of money with Moth Sarr which he plans to use to open bank accounts for them after 4 months and after a year buy compounds for them, open businesses or other ventures of their choice for them. Majority of women attening the training had collapsed businesses prior to benefitting from the training because they did not have the required training. However, most of their businesses are now doing well.
At least 150 enterpreneurs are expected to benefit from the business training geared towards ensuring that women and youth are empowered to be self employed. The training is being held at Serrekunda Lower Basic School ground.
Five women enterpreneurs first fulfilled all requirements in the implementation of all business related services with Moth Sarr, Chief Executive Officer of Njie Charakh World Marketing saying their commitment and dedication convinced him that they can undoubtably realise their dreams of buying their own compounds in a year’s time.
CEO Sarr said they are having their dreams come true and therefore thanked participants for the progress which indicates that they are achieving the aim and aspirations of their business endeavurs as well as the goal of the training.
Topics being covered during the training include basic business training and strategies or techniques, marketing and market strategies, business financial literacy, business planning, among others.
