United States launches $930,000 Forensic Investigation Enhancement Project to strengthen Gambia's Justice System

The United States government, through the U.S. Embassy in Banjul and the Department of State's Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL), on Tuesday, September 8, launched a 24-month Forensic Investigation Enhancement Project worth $930,000 for The Gambia.   The program will be implemented by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), in partnership with the Ministry of Justice and civil society organizations.
