The Gambia has recorded two new deaths and confirmed 49 new cases of covid-19, bringing the country’s total number of infections to 326 with eight deaths, health officials say on Monday.
The Gambians who were killed on 30 Dec. 2014 have been remembered by the foundation called Dec 30 Foundation, six years since the incident happened.
Fafa Ceesay, a Gambian businessman who is also a politician has emphasised that rural transformation is among the top priorities of President Adama Barrow’s government. He added that currently there is an unprecedented development ongoing in rural Gambia in terms of roads, bridges among others.
