American visa procurement case lands in court

Two men were paraded yesterday before Magistrate P. Sarr of the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court for obtaining money by false pretences, contrary to section 288 of the Criminal Code.
Police sources have confirmed to The Point that two senior staff of Access Bank are under investigation over a stolen D21 million.
Sarjo Corr and Juldeh Jallow, having been working with the bank’s Barra Branch are currently being investigated over the amount of D21, 437, 722.90, our source added.
