Waa
Banjul on Saturday has halted Brikama United’s division one league title
aspirations after holding them to a goalless stalemate in the week-thirteen
match, played at the Banjul KG5 Mini Stadium.
The
Sateyba boys were eager to defeat Banjul based-club to maintain their chances
of retaining their league crown. But they were unable to secure the vital three
points in the match.
Brikama
United now secured 15 points after thirteen league outings and Waa Banjul with
22 points in thirteen league fixtures.
