According to the particulars of the offence, on 4th June 2009 at Mariama Kunda village, the accused Bakary Manka threatened to kill one Lamin Manka with a broken bottle and pestle. He denied the charge.
Meanwhile he was remanded in custody and the case was adjourned to 29th June 2009.
The case was presided over by Magistrate Pa Harry Jammeh.
