According to the particulars of the alleged offence, on 14th June 2009, at Wellingara village, the accused Musa Jobarteh wilfully and unlawfully assaulted one Ebrima Sonko by stabbing him with a broken bottle all over his body and thereby causing him actual bodily harm. He pleaded not guilty.
The case was adjourned to 1st July 2009.
