The charge sheet read that on 1 June 2014, at Dippakunda, in the Kanifing Municipality, he stole from a dwelling house of one Ramatoulie Cham the following: Nokia phone valued at D1,500, Samsung phone at D400, Vodafone at D1,100, one bangle at D4,580, two earrings at D285, handbag at D100 and cash of D450, the property of the said Ramatoulie Cham.

discharged one Ebrima Dibba on a single-count charge of stealing from a
