Baldeh of Tallinging on Tuesday 30th December appeared before Magistrate Pa
Harry Jammeh of the Brikama Magistrates' court for being found in possession of
suspected stolen property contrary to section 289 of the criminal code cap 10
vol. three Laws of The Gambia.
According to particulars of the offence on 13 day of December 2008 at Brikama the accused was found in possession of one black suitcase containing suspected stolen properties.
When the charge was read to him he pleaded not guilty.
Meanwhile the accused was granted bail in the sum of D5,000 (five thousand dalasis)
