Traditional Medicine and Home Care Foundation, a local NGO in Brufut, in collaboration with the community of Brufut, recently embarked on massive cleans-up exercise at AU Villa in Brufut.
Speaking in an interview with this paper shortly after the exercise, the Director of the foundation, Dr Al Hassan Ibin Abubakarr, said the exercise was part of his organisation's contribution towards environmental sanitation. According to him, the clean-up exercise will be a continual thing.

He further disclosed that the organisation have members in Brufut and its environs, and thus called on other organisations to emulate them.
He expressed his organisation's readiness to maintain the environment clean.
Dr. Abubakarr also applauded his members for their hard work, commitment and dedication during the exercise, urging them to keep up the momentum.
