The long-awaited final of the late Hon. Kebba Touray Inter-village Football Tournament organised by the Kombo East Sports District Committee (KESDC) will take place on Sunday, 3 July 2011 at the Mandinaba Playground.
The final will feature two heavyweights in the district who are Kuloro andTubakuta.
Kuloro progressed to the final after beating Shom 1-0 in the semi-final played at the Faraba Banta playground, whilst Tubakuta advanced to the final following their post-match penalty shootout victory over Faraba Banta in the semi-final.
The tournament is sponsored by the Touray Kunda family in Pirang village in memory of the late Hon. Kebba Touray, the former National Assembly member for Kombo East who passed away few years ago.
