Magistrate Lamin George of the Bundung Magistrates' Court yesterday transferred a rape case involving one Edrissa Sanneh, a resident of
Shortly after the case was mentioned, Magistrate George announced that the case had been transferred to the Special Criminal Court of the High Court.
The accused, who's remanded in custody, is alleged to have unlawful had carnal knowledge of an under-aged girl of 16.
