The Gambia Football Association has unveiled the date for the FA Cup finals due to take place at the KG5 Mini Stadium in
Kebba Masaneh Ceesay, technical director of the
Gamtel FC advanced to the finals after beating Real de Banjul 1-nil in a re-scheduled semi final clash following a stalemate in the first encounter, to set up a meeting with Gambia Ports Authority, who earlier enjoyed a massive victory over Waterman FC in the other semi final contest.
The weekend’s final will witness the presentation of prizes to the champions and the runners up in the FA Cup, as well as the presentation of the championship prize to the winner of the GFA first division league, Brikama United.
The most valuable player and the most discipline team of the league will both receive certificates.
