discharged before Magistrate Kumba Sillah - Kamara at the Bundung Magistrates
Court. According to the charge sheet on count one, on 13thOctober 2008
at Tallinding unlawfully assaulted one Abdul Karim Koroma by scolding and tore
his shirt.
On the other count Mrs. Jallow on the same date at Tallinding, unlawfully entered the room of Mr. Abdul Karim Koroma with intent to intimidate and scolded him.
The police prosecutor Bah applied for the accused person to be discharged because the complainant has pardoned her.Mr. Koroma, he added, told the police that he was a relative to the accused and that he has forgiven her.
She was accordingly discharged.
