A magistrate court in Bundung on 15th July 2010, ordered the deportation of one Dam Touray, following the application made by the police prosecutor Ceesay.
Mr. Touray was convicted and sentenced to one year, six months suspended sentence for the offence of stealing.
According to the particulars of offence, on count one on 9th June 2010, the convict, Dem Touray broke into the dwelling house of one Abdoulie Jammeh with intent to commit a felony.
Count two revealed that on 9th June 2010, the convict, Dem Touray stole a decoder and remote controller, valued at D18, 000, being the property of the said Abdoulie Jammeh.
