The 'Compagnie Teatral Bousaana Group' of Ziguinchor recently trained about twenty-three members of the Saint Francophile Association (SFA), an association under the Alliance Franco Gambienne, on stage acting.

The weeklong training that centred on emotion, improvisation, presence, scenic and actions on stage, was held at the Alliance Franco Gambienne on Kairaba Avenue.

The Compaignie Theatral Bousaana of Ziguinchor, who has become partners to the Saint Francophile Association, despatched Moctarr Jallow, one of their star actors to conduct the training.

Bintu Ceesay, who is in charge of the SFA drama group, revealed that her group had in the past attended a weeklong training in Ziguinchor.

"We gained a lot from them that time and that improved our efficiency. Today, we can challenge any drama group in the country. Our group is spectacular we act in both French and English. We are open to challenges in stage acting," she concluded.
