The second defence witness, Fatou Sowe testified recently in the ongoing trial of one Saikou Gibba at the Bundung Magistrates' Court.
Mr. Gibba maintained innocence on charges of giving false information and perjury preferred against him.
Testifying before the court, the second defence witness, Fatou Sowe told the court that she works as a Secretary at Tom Bright Office in Banjul.
She admitted typing a statement purported to be that of the accused under the influence of a man who presented himself as Mike.
According to her, she later realised that the man is called Christopher Badjie and that the accused, Saikou Gibba has never contracted her to type any document for him.
