Bakau outfit Sait Matty will clash with Gunjur United in the preliminary round of the 2011-2012 Gambia Football Association (GFA) FA Cup championship today 6 June 2012, at the Serrekunda West Mini Stadium.
Today’s game will be the second meeting of the two sides this year after their first meeting in the 2011-2012 Gambia Football Association (GFA)second division league Week 1 fixtures in March, in which Gunjur United beat Sait Matty 2-1.
Sait Matty will be hoping for a revenge against Gunjur United after their slender defeat to the South boys in the 2011-2012 GFA second division opener in March. They have therefore qualified to the next round of the GFA annual club competition showpiece.
Gunjur United will also be expecting to bounce back to their fashion following their hard fought 1-0 defeat to Starlight a fortnight ago.
