Seven dignitaries were decorated with medals and awarded certificates in recognition of their invaluable services rendered towards the promotion and development of sports in The Gambia and among them was OB Conateh. According to the GAA their dedication and towards the advancement of athletics has been an inspiration to all the officers and members of the GAA.
