The registration fee is pegged at D5,000 per team and the deadline is 30 October 2015.
The football association urged prospective teams to provide an attestation letter from their village, town and district sports committee. The 2014/2015 West Coast Regional third division league title was won by Brufut United, following the team’s stunning performance in the league which led to their automatic promotion to the second tier. Jambanjelly United finished runners-up, but missed promotion to the second tier after losing to teams from Kanifing Municipality and Banjul in the triangular qualifiers, earlier this year.
