De Banjul on Saturday thrashed newly-promoted side Tallinding United 3-0 in
their re-scheduled week-three fixtures played at the Banjul KG5 Mini Stadium to
keep their chances of winning the 2016-2017 Gambia Football Federation domestic
division one league.
The
City boys are single point behind current league leaders Gambia Armed Forces
before their re-scheduled fixtures with the Tallinding-based outfit.

De Banjul managed to notch in three goals to grab the vital three points to
maintain their league winning aspirations alive.
The
loss was the second successive defeat of Tallinding United in the country’s top
flight league after their 2-0 defeat to Gamtel last week prior to their 3-0
defeat to Real De Banjul at the weekend.
Real
De Banjul are second spot in the country’s top flight with 22 points in ten
league matches despite their 3-0 win over Tallinding United in their
re-scheduled week-three fixtures.
Tallinding
United are fifth in the top flight with 13 points in ten league matches despite
losing to Real De Banjul in their re-scheduled week-three fixtures at the
weekend.
